A Lion Among Men by Gregory Maguire.
A continuation of the Oz saga, as told by and with the Cowardly Lion and the oracle Yackle. It ties up some of the loose ends from his previous two Oz books, but to me was not quite as good as Wicked, but is still entertaining. There are a lot more allusions to the original Oz books and characters from those, one of which does make it in (the glass cat). I do love how Maguire merged the Oz that Baum created with a more adult Oz.
